Hi,
I bought Adobe Premiere Elements 13 in 2014 and it is now impossible to find the download link on the Adobe Website. Even on my personal account page..
Everytime the links move me on the 2019 and 2020 version instead.. No way to find the older ones.
How can I retrieve it?
Many thanks in advance for your help!
Fabio
Last year a painful change was made at Adobe. Due to various issues they changed to a two year rule. From one of their websites:
"What apps are available for download?
We provide installers for our current desktop apps and the previous major version of each. For mobile apps, we provide only the latest version. We do not provide installers for apps we no longer sell. "

I do not know how far back this process will go, but try this link
-NOTE that you will have to search the site for your specific download
Direct Download Links https://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl MAY help
-you MUST do what it says in Note: Very Important Instructions
-https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2015-direct-download-links.html#download-instructions
-the prodesign links go directly to Adobe's file server, so this process will
--only work until Adobe completely removes the old version(s) from the server
For anyone else reading this, you should copy program downloads (and your files!) to at least one external device in case your computer hard drive has a problem
I use a Sata docking station and several 'bare' drives for backup
