Premiere elements 13 video collage

I am trying to add a photo collage to a video I am creating on premiere elements 13.  Video's talk about a video collage button under the create option. However that option does not seem to be available when I check.   Can anyone help with how I might be able to create this photo collage   Thanks very much

I can't remember if version 13 had "Video Collage".  It is in version 2018 which is three versions newer.  I put in a screen shot to show you what to look for in case 13 has it.

 

Since you are trying to make a photo collage, can you do it in your photo editor and save it as a photo file.  Premiere Elements can then add that photo file as normal media.

Thanks very much for responding I really appreciate it. I did find a

solution to what I needed by using the organizer portion of Premiere

elements to develop the collage than creat a Jpeg from that file. Very

BTW, the Video Collage tool was not added until version 15. Just for the record.
