Two things you can try to start.

One is to launch Premiere Elements directly instead of starting the Organizer.  Use Windows Explorer to find "PremiereElementsEditor.exe".

The other is that you may need to update your graphics display driver.  Can you verify if it is current?

You still haven't confirmed that you've updated your graphics driver from the nVidia site.

Also, have you tried running the program as Administrator?

I have the same issue.  It kicked me out when I tried to do a "Save-as" during the rendering process.  I'm not sure if that was the cause of the problem or not.

However, I have tried opening from the organizer, through the launcher, by clicking the .exe file, and by double clicking saved elements files.  Nothing at all.  From the launcher, it just freezes.  All other methods just don't run.  I checked to see if the program was running with a "Ctrl-Alt-Del" but it doesn't show up in processes.

Nor do they realize "normal" is that consumer software universally runs successfully on thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of computers.  There are so many successful users that some people can write and sell books!

People posting questions like, "It won't run!" want to assume the software is so flawed that it works for nobody.
