Bonjour , je souhaite ajouter une musique issue d'un CD à un projet video. Est-ce possible et comment procéder ?

It will depend on the structure of the CD.   Is it a commercially made CD or one with your music tracks on it?   If it is a commercially made CD, there is a process called "ripping" where the tracks can be converted to MP3 music files.  It is a common practice for those who have a collection of CDs and want to listen with their smart phones.   Google search for "how to rip a CD".  You should find instruction on how to use Windows programs to do it.   

Once you have the MP3 file, you can bring it into a project with the "Add Media" work flow just like a video track.

Please be aware that copyrights can be involved.  Systems like YouTube will block anything you make if it contains copyrighted music.
