I have had Premier Elements 2021 on my computer for a while and have used it without any issues until two days ago (September 2021).
My colleague is experiencing exactly the same issue that started at the same time.
Both my application and a colleagues application are triggering crash reports any time we try and enter the program.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled a clean version and that does the same.
This is a new problem that has only started for both of us in the last few days and think it may be to do with an automatic update that you have released.
Please tell me how I resolve this urgently.

You don't say what operating system you're using, but first go to the AMD, Intel and/or nVidia sites and ensure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card.
Particularly after a Windows update, an out of date GPU driver can very much cause this type of problem.

It is a corporate managed system which has not had any updates this week.
The only thing that has had a change is the Adobe program. It worked Friday and doesn't work now.
Windows 10, Intel i-5, Intel UHD Graphis 620
Are there any other options to resolving this?
Do you know what the bug fix update to Adobe Premiere Elements was and if this has caused the issue?

Unless everyone is experiencing the same issue, it's usually not considered a bug. If it the problem is isolated, it's usually an outdated driver issue.

I have updated drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled again.
As soon as I load up the program it starts to hang and then a crash report appears.
I have no idea what else to consider to resolve this issue.

I've been using it without a hiccup. So I'm not sure what else to recommend.
