I just got an update notice for Premiere Elements 2022.
Is there a detailed update notes on what's new or fixed in this version?

Unless it's a major update (and this isn't) most updates to Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements are merely updates to Camera RAW support.

I just noticed that now my GPU is used more (GeFore GTX 1080) now than before.

FINALLY - Averages about 40% on export with jumps to 80%
