Premiere Elements 2024 from Dutch language to English language

I installed Premiere Elements 2024.in Dutch language (my native language). However, I have been using Premiere Pro in English language. Now I am missing the English terms. How can I change the language (settings) in Premiere Elements? Or should I re-download in different language? Does that work with the same licente key? Your help is highly appreciated. Thank in advance.

I contacted support. The solution: I purchased an English language version and support cancelled my Dutch version. They will refund me the Dutch version. All set in 10 minutes. great support. Case closed.
