Premiere Elements 3.0 to 2021 file compatibility?

So, years ago, I saved projects in Premiere Elements 3.0 on a windows PC. I've recently installed Premiere Elements 2021 on an M1 iMac. It says the old files, which I have on an external hard drive, aren't supported by the 2021 software. Is there anything I can do to open them? Thanks in advance for any help.

Too old and non interchangeable.

Thanks guys. That's what I feared. I still have the original footage I guess I'll just do a new project with it.
