Premiere Elements and Accusonus ERA Bundle

Can  Accusonus ERA Bundle work with Premiere Elements to reduce echos on the audio channel of videos? If not, can you suggest other solutions?

I'm quite sure that Premiere Elements won't accept third party plugins.   However, you can export the audio track, processes it anyway you want and put it back in to the project.   Here is a video where that is done in the free Audacity program.  That should demonstrate the workflow.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E2kLOnOnx9c&t=233s

Wont work with Elements but they are comaptible with Audacity.
