Premiere Elements basic not showing in video after Youtube upload!

Hello,

I am having a problem with premiere elements transitions not showing up. They work fine in premiere elements. When exported as an MP4 they also work fine when viewing on the computer. But if I export straight to youtube or upload the MP4 from my computer to youtube (or dropbox for that matter - I thought maybe if I dropboxed it myself I could download it on my phone and try uploading from there) the transitions don't show up, it just goes straight from one clip to the next. Any ideas on fixing this issue???
