Premiere Elements Install

Pls help me, what to do, if my (original) Premiere Elements disk 1 does not install the program on my PC at all. It says that it was installed but i there is not any on my PC. (Windows 7). Where I can find a replacement if I had bought it 8 years ago? (And never had tried to use it before?) Is there any chance to contact Adobe either in Prague or EU apart of this chat?I am 79 (and getting crazy from that lack of help or even contacts) Thanks to anybody - pavelh at atlas.cz

You did not say which version you have.  You can get a fresh copy back to version 9 here:  Download Adobe Premiere Elements 13, 12, 11, 10, and 9
