Premiere Elements User Guide PDF?

Is there no pdf of the user guide for Premiere Elements 2023? From the company who who created the pdf file format and made it the world standard for sharing documents? Really?

Adobe does have one!  But, it has not been updated for a couple years.   My guess is that with the growth of video tutorials coupled with the interactive online user guides, Adobe abandon the arduous task of maintaining book formats.

If you want something better, look on Amazon for "The Muvipix.com Guide to Adobe Premiere Elements 2023".  For a readable document, it is as good as it gets.

Thanks, Bill! I had an even older version of this file (Elements 15) on my hard drive, but your link updated that to a newer version.
