I've already purchased the Adobe Elements 20 bundle which includes Photoshop and Premiere. But, when I click on the download link, neither of them will let me download them. I paid already, but I can't even download the programs. Any help?
Assuming you have a 'normal' speed internet connection it should work. If not, wait an hour and try again. Sometimes the connection between your computer and Adobe servers balks.
