Preview panel flickering

HI there, I am a user of Adobe Premiere Elements 2020. The preview panel keeps flickering. I have updated the software as well as the graphics card to the latest version.

When you output your movie from Premiere Elements as an MP4, is your output flickering?

Also, when you say you've updated your graphics drivers, do you mean that you've gone to the AMD, nVidia or Intel site and assured you've had the latest from there? Windows does not always install the best or latest drivers. nVidia's latest driver, for instance, was released yesterday, August 17.
