Problems with installation of Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premiere Elements 2020

I purchased the 2020 version of Photoshop elements and Premiere Elements.

I have succeded in installation on my laptop byt not on my "ordinary" PC. The communication screen wont be shown right on the screen. See the attached file.

Is there another installation file there can solve this problem?

I have now tried this, but it didn't solve the problem. I still get the empty screen for choosing language etc.

I've removed the attached file, as it contains personal information (email address and order number) which is against forum policy.
