I bought Adobe Premiere 13 in 2015. It worked perfect.
Since a few days I have a new laptop and installed the program.
Because the new laptops don't have a dvd burner build in, I wanted to make an ISO file.
When it was burning, the program frooze at 24%.
Is this a common problem?
Can I still use the program with my new laptop. It runs on windows 10.
I hope there's a solution for my problem.

Not at all. Something is wrong at your end.
What operating system do you have? Which processor do you have with how much RAM? How much free space do you have on your hard drive?
What model of camcorder is your video coming from and what is the video's format and resolution?
How long is your video project?
Do you have a gap on your timeline in which no video appears?

My laptop is brand new so there is enough space.
I use the camcorder that I used before. I bought this program because of this camcorder.
I've tried to burn a video of 120 minutes, but also of 30 minutes. And with both video's the programe frooze.

I have no idea what kind of operation system I have.
I only know I have windows 10.
And that I have 800 GB of free space.
The program always worked on my old laptop and now it doesn't.
Maybe I can install the program on my desktop.
Hopefully it works on that computer.
I can still make the video's on my laptop but I just can't burn them as a ISO file.
My desktop has a dvd burner so maybe I can combine my two computers.
