Premiere not downloading [Branched]

I had purchased  Photoshop Element & premiere Element vide my order no 12329415605.The downloading  link sent to me on my E mail which is showing error as ACCESS TOKEN NOT ISSUED.Kindly tell me what is this. Please send me a fresh link to download.
