Registration/deactivation

For some reason I had to sign in and use my seriel number to open Premier Elements 2020.  It claims I have too many computers activated but when I went into my account it says I have no computers activated.  When I used the chat bot it says they have no products registered to my email despite the fact that I can see my products on the screen in front of me complete with the seriel numbers.  I can use both products but am concerned that when the 29 day time limit to deactive I will be locked out.  Not sure what to do.
