Replaying Elements DVDs?

New Here ,
Jan 05, 2018 Jan 05, 2018

I have many DVDs of family, mostly 10 - 15 yrs old, prepared on Premier Elements. On now replaying on various TVs they freeze after about  30 mins running. Can then only advance frame by frame. All were good on first production and quality on replay remains as for the original. No visual evidence of disc damage.

Very frustrating and disappointing. Has anyone suggestions on nature and  how to overcome the problem?

If the disc was copy protected, it would still play if you have a DVD drive and player software.   Copy protection disables the ability to copy it, not play it.

You may have bad discs.

If you don't have VLC Player, download it and see if it will play the disc:
