Resgistration issues regarding Adobe Premiere Elements 11

I currently use Adobe Premiere Elements 11. I tried activating it with my Adobe account, but this message came up instead. Any help?

This is a user to user forum without control or influence over Adobe policies.  After what was rumored to be a legal fight over licensing, Adobe made the corporate decision to limit support to current versions and one previous version of their non-subscription programs.   It may not be possible to install a version that old.
