Hello. Is there any restrictions uploading clips with music files that I picked in elements, in public (for example Facebook)?
"Bad language" means something entirely different...
You can do what you like with the audio files as supplied within Premier Elements.
I have used them myself for videos that I subsequently uploaded to YouTube.
There have been rare reports of certain PE audio files being flagged by YouTube - in those rare cases you have to tell them that the audio is from Adobe Premier Elements.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. But if you're taking music or other audio from a public site, you may run into some copyright or privacy issues. That's fine if it's for something you're just going to show to your family -- but it could be an issue if you're planning to display your video publicly. YouTube, for instance, frequently censors music that is not cleared for public use.
