Saving video to UHD format creates jerky transitions

I made a short video today with about 20 clips. 1:41 minutes. Made it very simple with transitions. The media files are combined photos and video clips in 4K. A few places in transitions between the photos the transition is not played back correcly when the video is saved as 4K/UHD. If I save the same video as HD it works correctly as seen in Preview. I have tried to re-render, restart computer etc. Nothing fixed the problem. I am considering this a potential bug. I am using version 2024. Can we have Adobe Support look at this problem?

The two versions (UHD / HD) can be found here for comparison. Play from beginning and notice problem around 01:00.

If you look under the Edit menu, what is listed on the General page under Project Settings?

Sorry for late answer. I have now taken af screen dump of these settings. I have not changed anything since installation of the product a few days before the video was created.

You say "A few places in transitions between the photos the transition is not played back correcly"

Can you be more specific? What are you seeing that is not correct and at what point in the video will I see this?
