scrolling title no longer available in Premiere 2025?

I just bought the licence for Premiere 2025.
But exploring the functions I do not find the funtion to create a scrolling title for a video. Just steady text titles. Moreover: attemption to edit a prel-File from a former Premiere version, Premiere 2025 tells me that the existing titel streams will be deleted. So compatibility is missing.

Any workarounds known? Or any recommendations how to solve this in another way?

No idea of this has been mentioned in the Help.

On a side note, It's not very intuitive to find this feature.

it has worked so far - if I create 2 titles and delete 1 - but I really cannot reproduce ist or get an understanding how ist works.
Any information in the web how the title function exactly works? (The information provided in the help menü are not valid and valif for the title function of former premiere elements versions.

You create your text in the Program Monitor.

Make sure you have but one text layer and no empty ones. Delete them.

Deselect text in Program Monitor PM with Selection tool, so roll function will appear.

Set parameters as desired. You test the roll in the PM and use the blue slider on the right.
