Hi, I'm struggling to find the right settings for my videos, can anyone help please?
The original videos are pretty clear/crisp and good quality, but whenever I export the edited video the quality is dramatically reduced, so I assume I have the wrong settings either at set up, or export, or both. But I can't for the life of me figure out what they should be! The finished videos are to be uploaded to YouTube, and I'd like them to be the highest quality possible.
I'm using 2 types of video -
1) Filmed on my iPhone 12, which I think is MPEG Movie type, at 1920 x 1080, frame rate 29.99
2) Filmed on Quick Time, MPEG Movie type, at 1920 x 1080, frame rate 29.79
My project settings are currently -
Editing mode - DSLR
Timebase - 29.97
Frame size - 1920 x 1080
I'm using Premiere Elements 2021.
And I'm using the 'Computer/HD1080' preset for export, which gives 1920 x 1080, format MP4 - H.264 and bitrate of 32mbps.
Any ideas what I should be changing these to so that I don't get blurry videos? I'm new to this and figuring it out as I go, so any help would be grately appreciated!
Thanks.

First, let's get the complete specs for your iPhone video.
Open your iPhone video in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy this complete report and paste it to this forum. With this information we'll be better able to advise you.
Also, please let us know which version of Premiere Elements you are using and on what operating system.
