Share Options Not Working

I have Premier Elements 10 installed on my Windows 10 laptop.

I created a new project and put in all my videos/images. but when I go into the Share tab and click "Computer, Export files for viewing on computers" nothing happens. None of the other options do anything either except for "Tap" and "Web DVD" where I'm prompted with a pop up. I thought it was my video file that was not being supported, but it's an mp4 file so it should work. I've tried creating a different project with just a random mp4 file that I have but the Share options still do not work.

Any clue why this is happening?

Not without knowing a lot more detail about your video, the source of the video, your computer, previous use of PrE 10, etc.

It may be as simple as PrE 10 was made before Windows 10 was a dream.
