Sign In Error Elements 2024 Installer

Just got Elements 2024, I liked the previous versions of this tool anyhow,i purchased my key,downloaded the installer and every time i try to run it,this screen appears in attached.

Tried it as admin!

Turned off Firewall,i got no antivirus atm.

Used Creative tools removal thingy.
tried to fix my hosts file (Saw some threads saying that needs to be set to default so i did it with instructions from Microsoft website)

Collected Logs for support. 
Tried to contact support but virtual bot says "Sorry we're closed"

 

I dont know how to fix this,what do i do?
Attached is the error in question along with these collected logs.
