Slow Export on P.E.

When I try to export a PREL file on Premiere Elements for a 5 minute video it stays at 1% and doesn't move from there and I've been waiting for over an hour.

I'm trying to convert the .PREL file to MP4. I have done this before and it doesn’t take that long. Is there a way I can fix this?

I forgot to mention that I am using Windows 10, and PREL 2022.

The .prel file is the project file.

You do not convert a .prel file.

You export the content of your timeline.

Post screenshot entire timeline and export settings.
