Dont select multiple clips at once.

One clip at a time.

Only one clip is being selected. Thanks though.

What is the file format, resolution and frame rate of the video you are trying to perform this function on?

Also, if you look under the Edit menu, what is listed on the General page under Project Properties?

It's possible a non-match between these two sets of properties isn't allowing Smart Fix to work.

I have tried multiple formats, MP4, MPeG and AVI.  The current one I am trying is MPG2, 352x240, 29.97fps.

The program asks to change the setting to match, but as it is an old clip it only goes to 640x480, 30fps.  I have used Smart fix on these types of files in the past but it stop working a couple of months ago.

atm I am getting the same result with a MP4, 1920x1080, 30 FPS clip with the project settings matching exactly.

What happens if, as an experiment, you start a new project, add only that MP4 (which I assume is from a camcorder) and let the program match the project settings to this video's specs? Then does Smart Fix behave differently?

I'm not surprised the program is struggling with a 352x240 MPEG (Did THIS come from a camcorder?), but I'm surprised if standard HD camcorder video gives it trouble. At least under controlled circumstances, as our experiment should show.
