Special effects clips to download

Was wondering if anyone knows a site to download video clips and effects to use in PRE. Specifically looking for a old film motion clip. Even better if the frames in the clip are transparent.

Thanks, but the included effects are not what I am looking for. Wanting a motion film strip like an old 8 mm projector would look like on a screen.

I've looked periodically and not found anything like NewBlue effects that target Premiere Elements.  They all seem targeted at commercial and production applications like Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
