Received this error on Premiere Elements 10 when attempting to insert Text into a timeline.  This just started happening.  An uninstall/reinstall of the app did not help.  Still get the error.

Premiere Elements has encountered an error.

First ensure that you have the latest C++ installed.

Then ensure you have the latest Windows update.

Hello Steve.  Thank you for your reply.  I have installed some versions from the URL you supplied (see screen shot) and verified that Windows update is still running.  But unfortunately the problem persists.  Do you see any C++ versions that I am missing?
