Does anyone know where on my PC the templates are wich I downloaded from Adobe?

Which templates are you talking about? Movie Menus? InstantMovies? Video Collage?

Most templates on a Windows 10 machine are located inC:/PROGRAM DATA/ADOBE/PREMIERE ELEMENTS/15.0/ONLINE/DVD TEMPLATES/ALL_LANG/[Category}]

You will need to enable Show All Files to see them. And many templates are not downloaded to your computer until the first time you use them.
