Hello
As in Adobe Premiere Elements 2018, play the movie from the last frame to the first. Standard rate.

I have recorded how someone gets up from a chair. There is a lack of scene as this person sits on a chair.
If the recorded video will be duplicated and the part doubled from the last frame to the first, then I will get the missing part of the movie.

I found an effect that changes the tempo and additionally records the sequence: forward, backward, forward. This effect is too difficult for me. The forward tempo is padded and you also need to shoot the moment when the movie is played back and the movie clipped.

There is something simplistic? So just backwards at a normal pace without a loop - front, back, front?

It's not clear from your question what you're asking.

Are you asking how to play a video in reverse? If so, just right-click on the clip on your timeline and, from the Clip sub-menu, select Time Stretch. You'll find the option to set Reverse Playback on the panel that opens.
