timeline play back

so when im playing around in the timeline my timeline plays by milliseconds and not seconds and its a little irritating. any one have any suggestions? i want it to play the big lines not the small lines.

The  lines in between the long lines where the seconds are. its play by milliseconds and not seconds.

You do know you can zoom in on the timeline, right?
