I have premiere 10 elements and photoshop on my laptop. The laptop needs retired but not until I get a new one up and running. So I read I go to adobe and get a transfer form fill it out then they get back to me in 3 weeks or so.

My question is how do I get a fully working version on my new computer?

Also when do I get this version, is it only after they announce i qualify?

No need to fill out any forms.

You are allowed activation on two computers as long as you are not using them both at the same time.

If you wish to deactivate it on the old one, just go to Help > Deactivate from the menu.

To install on the new computer, download from here:

Download Adobe Premiere Elements 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

and follow the instructions here:

Start the installer after downloading

In Adobe Premiere Elements 13.1, there's no Help>Deactivate selection, only Adobe Premiere help, Getting Started, Key Concepts, Video Tutorial, User Forum, Key Shortcuts, How to Use Help, Online Support, Welcome Screen, About Premiere Elements, Manage my account, Sign Out, and Updates. Can't figure out how to deactivate if anyone has any advice, thanks!

And if it is not working write with the online support, they can do it.

You will need your serial number for this.

In my case photoshop was working and premiere not.
