In early 2020, I purchased Premiere Elements via download, I believe directly from Adobe. I cannot find a related email, but I installed it on my old PC and newer work laptop. My old PC never had enough horsepower to run this. I've been using it on my newer work laptop. I'd like to transfer the license to my new personal laptop and get it off my work laptop, but my Adobe account does not show this as ordered, I can't find a serial number, and I cannot see/verify which computers it's on. I can log into my account.
I cannot find a phone number nor chat for help. Anyone have ideas? Or do I just have to purchase the new version? Thanks, Steve

If you bought an electronic download this should show in your account with a serial number.
Start with support first and see what they have to say.

You REALLY need to keep track of serial numbers !!!

- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer
