Trying to Re-install Adobe Premiere Elements 11

I know this is an end of life product that is no longer supported and Adobe support referred me here because they could not help me.  I am trying to re-install this on my laptop after a hard drive failure.  Dummy me never backed up my serial number somewhere.  When I go to enter the redemtion code to obtain the serial number, Adobe says it is associated to another Adobe ID.  Problem is I have no idea what email address was used for that.  I have tried every email address I can think of but none have accounts.  contacting support they said they can't look that information up.  This was a boxed version with an install DVD and included redemption code that I honestly don't think needed an Adobe account to redeem the code back then.  As stated before, I already installed this same product before on my laptop so it worked before.  Any ideas?  Any way I can find out which Adobe account this redemtion code is tied to so I can try to get into it and get a serial number?  I really don't want to purchase a new version if this one will still work since I use it soooooo infrequently and use probably the most basic of it's capabilities.

Disregard this post.  I feel like an idiot.  I did not see the printout of my serial number that was folded in the box.  and I feel like a double idiot because I can't figure out how to delete this post.

Well even worse, your license might be occupied now, without a chance to get it released so you can actually use your license... support won't help with that..
