Ultra Key turning my clip black and white

i was using the trial version of Premiere Elements, and i made a video using the Ultra Key effect. All worked well, so i paid for the full version of Premiere Element and all of a sudden the Ultra Key effect does not work and it just basically turns my clip black and white. can i please have some help with this

Have you tried using Videomerge instead?

Thanks for the reply - this works a bit, it mimics the effect of ultra key but I still would like to be able to use ultra key as intended. Thank you for the reply though!

Trial version of which version?

Update graphicscard driver

Or turn off GPU.

It was the trial version of premiere elements 24. However turning off GPU has solved my problem, thank you so much, I really appreciate it!
