I have problems updating Premiere Elements 2020 on my MacBook Pro 2020. I get the message that there is an update, but it won't download, because Adobe Updater doesn't work on OS Catalina 10.15.4. Can't find any solutions on the community, getting help from Adobe is even more challenging. And the chat robot is the worst invention ever. Fire it!!!
Trying to post something here is also incredibly complicated!

I don't recall any significant updates to Premiere Elements 2020.  The minor updates that Premiere Elements gets has to do with the ACR (Adobe Camera Raw) tables.  Those allow for the hardly ever used capability of making slideshows with RAW image files.  Unless you have the very newest of cameras, you don't need the updates to Premiere Elements 2020.

If you are having system issues, you could uninstall Premiere Elements and download a new installation file.  Be sure you have your serial number!

It is frustrating that Adobe, Microsoft and Apple don't have compatibility meetings before releases.  But, they don't.  At some point updates will converge and the updater will work.

Regarding online chat....   Please have some patience there too.  It is staffed by people around the world that are being quarantined from the pandemic.

Tried a few times.

Gave up.
