Video import too fast

Hello, 

I have an Mp4 that I am importing into a project (PAL). The video is 16sec long, when importing the media, the video is only 8 sec. Audio is normal speed but cut after 8 sec. 

This is an example, but same for every video.

If yes, use https://handbrake.fr/ open source transcoder/converter to convert to Constant Frame Rate

Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.
