Nach dem Import der Videos von der Festplatte auf Premiere Elements laufen dort die Filme mit ca. doppelter Geschwindigkeit ab.

Wie läßt sich dies auf "Normalgeschwindigkeit" zurückstellen?

What is the source and structure of the videos?  What are the project settings and how were they created?  If the video clips have a common, have a constant frame rate and the project matches, the playback speed will be "normal".

Make sure the Default input is set to none in the Preferences/Audio hardware.
