Videos coming out as green when imported into premiere elements.

Hello,  recently I had purchased Photoshop and premiere elements 2018.
And today I was going to work on a project and I had noticed that the files I had imported were coming out as a solid green box.

The first couple of files were .mov files and they worked perfectly fine. But as soon as I went into my other .MOV files.

It would be a solid green but would display the time but as soon as drag it into the time line it would blank with no video or audio.

I thought my video was corrupted but I played the video file on QuickTime and VLC player just to double check and they worked perfectly fine.
Just when I go to import the video into the project it just show them as a solid green box.

So I don't want the problem could be.

I recorded from a Atomos Ninja Blade and a Canon Mark III which the files from the Ninja Blade show up in green but not the files from the Canon camera.

He a picture of what the desktop looks like when I import it.

If anyone knows a solution to this problem please respond.
Because I looked online and noticed some people having the same problem as well.

Thank you.
