What kind of error is this code related too?

I'm using adobe premiere elements 14, on a Macbook Pro running macOS Catalina. Last week the program ran acceptably, but this week when I try to simply add a drag and drop transition sequence or text intro/outro the program either doesn't registers it or simple gives me this error code and proceeds to crash. [/adobe/pre/release/14/all_lang_14.1/mezzanine/src/masterclip.cpp-1826

ive restarted several times but cannot figure out what this issue is even after searching it. Please assist.
