When I import a clip into Premiere Elements 2018, the audio does not come with it. Can you help?

Most likely your audio is AC3 Dolby Digital. What operating system do you have?

Open one of the video clips in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy and paste the report it generates to this forum. Once we see this report and know your OS we'll be better able to recommend a solution.

Steve I have the same problem.  Windows 10 and the clip is .mpg so I'm assuming that is >mpg-1.
