Hello, i am sorry for my bad english.
I have upgraded my Premiere Elements Version 14 to 21.1.
Now, i became a serialnumber for photoshop elements. Thats wrong! I try to contact the support, but the link on website is not working. So somebody can help me?

Did you purchase Premiere Elements 2021 and receive a serial number for it or are you trying to use the Prenmiere Elements 14 serial number?
