I don't have 12 on my computer anymore so I can't be sure. In the Export and Share routine, look for an "Advanced" settings button where you can set the frame rate to 60.
It should look something like this from version 2018.
i tried that but it doesnt work
What are your Project Settings? (You'll find them under the Edit menu, on the General page of Project Settings.)
You can only output 4kp60 from a project whose settings are for 3840x2160 at 59.94p.
If you have your project set up correctly, then you can create custom Export Settings using H.264 by clicking the Match Source button.
this is my setting i cant change the value
when i try to type in my self under mp4
That is correct. You can not change your project settings mid-project.You must start a new project and manually select QFHD 3840x2160 59.94 fps option on the New Project panel. You will then be able to use the custom H264 option, as I described above.
Although she should also happen automatically as soon as you add 3840x2160p60 video.
Is the video you are using in your project 3840x2160 60p (or 59.94p) MP4?
yes the video i using is at 4k ok now the software setting is at 4k but i still cannot export out at 4k come back with the same error
ok update i found the way to render 4k but cant select 60fps
Did you click the Match Source button on the Export Settings panel, as I suggested?
i dont understand this part do you have a picture of it?
under the export setting i cant find 'match source button'
btw i using element 12
I can't promise version 12 can do this.
I've not used version 12. I'm pretty sure that version 13 allowed me to make 60fps 4K files if I went down the AVCHD path rather than the XAVC-S path. In the end, you get an MP4 file that uses H.264 and you can match source or select the frame rate from the drop down.
Again, I'm going from memory!
the AVCHD i can set to 60fps but not at 4k
I don't have a version 12 to check, so 4K at 60p may not be a possibility. Version 12 is four years old and common consumer cameras weren't shooting 4Kp60 then.
weird then why is there a preset 4k 60fps in the first place. Maybe about time i learn premiere Pro
You need to do what the error message says:
raise the level and profile in the export settings.
Scroll down in the settings.
does not work as mentioned anyway i upgraded to 2018 and now is working thx for the help
