Bought A Prem. Elements 2020.

Supposedly compatible with my system.

It's crashes every single time I attempt to export video.

Message "Error. Adobe Premiere Elements is unable to save data...Please ensure you have adequate folder permissions and restart the application."

What? I wasted three days trying to triangulate what the hell that even means.

I want a refund because this program is completely unusable.

This is a user forum.  Nobody here can help you with a refund.  If you bought direct from Adobe, you have a week or two in a window for refunds.  Google for Adobe Help and go to the website.  There should be a "chat" icon in the lower right corner.   If you bought from a third party, go to them.

The vast majority of buyers don't have the trouble you do.  That is true of all video editing programs.  The few that show up in this forum usally have a conflict with graphics hardware drivers.

Export crashes frequently have to do with either inadequate disk space or operating system security selections.
