Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 Silent Install - Exception Deployment

Hi all,

I've got Premiere Elements 2018.  I'm trying to get a silent install for premiere elements 2018 on Windows 10 build 1709 x64 machines.

I followed the instructions located here:

Silently install and deploy Elements apps

and

Packaging User Guide

I've gotten the program itself in the build folder to install silently correctly.
My issue is with installing the pxengine5_08_13a.exe that's located in the Exceptions\Sonic folder.

Following these instructions:

Install Adobe Creative Cloud products in the exceptions folder

The installer returns an error return code of 1 using this command line:

ExceptionDeployer.exe --workflow=install --mode=post

I can't find a solution.  It looks like the pxengine is only required for burning CD/DVD's from within elements if I understand the use of pxengine?  Is this still required with Windows 10?  And if it is, how do I get a proper silent install for the exception?

Thank you,

Isaac Zenger

Issac,

This is a user to user forum and rarely, if ever, sees  enterprise customers.

I don't know what it is, but as an enterprise customer you have a different line of support.

Good luck and sorry I can't help.
