adobe premieres elements 2021 incompatible display driver

I cannot open Adobe Premiere Elements, I have an incompatible display driver message

1) I have the lastest software from Adobe
2) The latest drivers from Nvidia (461.40 Game ready)
3) I had the same error with Photoshop Elements 2021, I reinstalled the display driver and it worked, but Premiere is still dead.
4) Reinstalled Premieres Elements after I reinstalled the display driver, same error.

I need help, I need the software and it starting to piss me off.

Over in the Premiere Pro forum the advice is to use the STUDIO driver, so that may be the same for Premiere Elements
