All options greyed out Adobe Elements 2019

Hi,

I am a new user looking to make basic videos for use on social media marketing.

I seem to have a fundamental problem going on - when I right click the only option I have is show key events.

I guess I am doing something basically wrong - any ideas?

The issue was resolved by restarting the program, all good now.
