APE 14

I am trying to replacing the background Image on a program movie menu using Wedding Elegant with a jpg image (TBP Blue background061417.jpg  1,614 KB). I have done this for at least ten or more prior programs. Now I get an error message “Invalid Background Media File”

What can I be doing wrong?   Thanks.

Hard to say without knowing what steps you've taken.

Also, what is the height and width, in pixels, of that background image? File size doesn't mean much when speaking about JPEGs because the file itself can be compressed. So what is the height and width of the image, measured in pixels?

Thank you Steve.

The file size was 8352 by 6241 I know that is big but it always worked

before.

I reduced it to 1200 by 897 and I still get the same error message.

Based on what you've told me, I know of no reason 2500x1875 or smaller image wouldn't work.
